2. Digital Services

Digital Services include online consultations, remote configuration sessions, and real-time monitoring subscriptions related to air quality meters quick start assistance.

2.1 Refund Policy for Digital Services

All requests for cancellation or transfer must be submitted prior to the scheduled start time via contact form. Once a session begins, no refund is available due to the immediate dedication of resources. At our sole discretion, you may transfer the appointment to another date if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Any approved refund or credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 14 days.

3. Informational Products

Informational Products include downloadable guides, tutorials, and video courses on air quality measurement and quick start processes.

3.1 Refund and Access

If you have not accessed or downloaded the informational product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by submitting your name, order number, and purchase date via contact form. Once download or streaming access is granted, no refund will be issued. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval. Prior to access, we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer of product access to another user.

4. Physical Devices

Physical Devices refer to air quality meters and accessories sold on our site, including quick start kits.

4.1 Returns and Exchanges

You may return unused devices in original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or swap, contact us via contact form and ship the item to Palais des Nations, 14 Avenue de la Paix, 1211 Geneva, Switzerland. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days. Hygiene-sensitive components and custom-configured meters are non-returnable due to safety and calibration requirements.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain support packages, on-demand calibration checks, and emergency response services are delivered immediately upon request. Due to the nature of instant fulfillment and resource allocation, these services are non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all clients.
